Don't be intimidated by the pressure canner! We will go over best practices to ensure a safe and easy experience! (Note--a pressure CANNER is NOT the same as a pressure COOKER or Insta-Pot.) In this class, you will learn to pressure can green beans. Cost of class includes all ingredients, jars, lids, directions, hands-on experience, and use of tools to make and take home four pints of canned green beans. Cost per person $50
